Women in Corporate Aviation’s (WCA) mission is to be the premier association for both women and men alike in corporate and business aviation. Our main goal is to shatter the proverbial glass ceiling and promote diversity and equality in the industry.

WCA introduces corporate aviation opportunities and creates diversity in the industry by providing networking events, scholarship information, online interaction and mentoring to future professionals in pursuit of corporate aviation careers.
