Natalie Alexander
Natalie Alexander is a Hawker Pilot at SC Aviation. Natalie has 13 years experience working in the aviation industry with experience as a senior flight logistics coordinator, charter sales, flight instructor and pilot. As a new mom, Natalie is passionate about navigating being a new mother in business aviation. She actively shares her personal experiences and insights to inspire and support women balancing motherhood with their aviation careers. Natalie is a former Vice President and Mentor Chair of the Chicago’s Leading Edge chapter of Women in Aviation, demonstrating her leadership and commitment to supporting women in aviation. She is also a former two time WAI scholarship recipient.

Sarah Talucci
Sarah Talucci is the Founder and President of 315 Aviation, an aircraft brokerage based in Syracuse NY. She specializes in the sale and acquisition of multimillion-dollar owner-flown piston and jet aircraft. An ATP-rated multiengine pilot, Sarah holds several certifications, including her CFI, CFII, AGI, and IGI, allowing her to personally conduct demonstration and mentorship flights. Beyond sales, she is a passionate advocate for aviation, serving as the President of her Women in Aviation chapter, the Soaring Capital Eagles in New York State.

Jamie Muñoz
Jamie Muñoz has over two decades of experience in the business aviation industry, beginning as a teenager at an FBO in Dallas. She spent nearly 17 years with one organization, excelling in management, dispatch, sales, marketing, and business development, and helped launch a 501(c)(3) supporting veterans and children in need. She later earned her FAA Dispatch License with a scholarship from NBAA, as well as her FAA Flight Attendant Certification. In 2017, Jamie transitioned into technology, overseeing development of FBO software development for a Fortune 100 company. In 2020, she was named a Top 40 Under 40 by NBAA and in 2024 was named as one of the Dallas Business Journal’s Top Women in Business.  She currently serves as General Manager for Galaxy FBO, Addison, and is the former co-chair of the NBAA’s Young Professionals Council.

Kim Kissh, Moderator
Kim Kissh is a corporate aviation professional currently working for a corporate flight department as a Gulfstream 550 and G600 pilot. However, Kim’s skills expand past the cockpit. As a former Director of Safety, Kim considers Aviation Safety a passion only second to flying. Kim earned a spot in the 2020 Class of NBAA’s Top 40 Under 40. When Kim is not working or flying she volunteers for Women in Corporate Aviation as the Moderator of the Careers in Corporate Aviation Panel and also serves on the NBAA YoPro Council as the Advocacy Co-Chair.
