Women in Corporate Aviation, a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, is a group of aviation professionals, including flight department personnel, FBO managers, writers, students, training center professional and many others who work together to promote opportunities for women in aviation. From our first meeting at the Women in Aviation Conference 1993 to our growing organization today, we have networked and promoted career opportunities in business aviation. We are mentors and role models to the next generation of aviation professionals.

WCA will host a Career Panel, Friday, March 22nd, from 1:45 to 2:45,  Room#: Crystal M

The panel will be an interactive session between the moderator, panelists, and the audience with discussions around a career in corporate aviation. Through a series of guided questions, panelists will discuss the following topics: What pathway led each panelist to their current career? What is their work/family balance? What is their level of job satisfaction? What is a typical day on their job like? What are the pros/cons of working in business aviation? What are some influential mentors/colleagues who helped them along their path? The session will conclude with and Q&A, and an overview of available resources.

We are also delighted to join in on the festivities, celebrating Girls in Aviation Day, scheduled on Saturday, March 23rd, starting at 1:45 p.m. – 3 p.m. (EST). The event will commence at 1:45 p.m. in the exhibit hall.   Notably, special gifts have been availed for our esteemed young female aviators!  Come stop by Saturday afternoon!
